£50 or £100 donated to YMCA Lincs for every connection in 2023
Following the announcement earlier in January that Bluecube will be supporting YMCA Lincolnshire as our charity of the year for 2023, we have more exciting fundraising news!
Bluecube have teamed up with connectivity carrier ITS Technology Group and will be donating £100 for every Fibre Bright connection in 2023 on the Faster Britain network, there will also be a £50 donation made for every Fibre Light connection this year.
ITS were founded in 2013 and received £45M investment from Aviva (insurance and investment giants) in 2020, an investment made to FastTrack the rollout of this ultrafast, full fibre Faster Britain network. Since then ITS has built out the network to more than 10% coverage of UK business premises and plan to achieve the next goal of 20% very soon.
Head of Sales at Eclipse Wholesale, Matthew Begg (pictured left) explained how the initiative was launched “I received a call from a Director at ITS who had seen Bluecube’s press release about supporting YMCA Lincolnshire on social media. Bluecube are a recognised and leading Faster Britain partner and they wanted to know how they could help Bluecube to support the charity further”.
“It was a completely unexpected but very welcome and kind gesture from ITS” said Bluecube’s Managing Director, Paul Reames. “We had a discussion and came up with the initiative which we’ll both contributing revenue towards and we really can’t wait to get things started” he added.
From February 2023 every new connection on the ITS network, a network that delivers game changing 10GB ultrafast fibre internet connectivity, will be rewarded with a donation of either £50 or £100 from Bluecube/ITS made to our friends at YMCA Lincolnshire.
