Bluecube Cloud Services is proud to announce that they have been shortlisted as finalists for the prestigious Best Connectivity Solution Award in the Comms Business Awards 2025. This recognition places Bluecube among industry giants such as BT Wholesale, Spitfire Networks, TP Link, and Cellhire UK.

The Comms Business Awards are renowned in the UK for celebrating the achievements of the most progressive and innovative companies, products, and individuals in the technology and communications channel market. The awards ceremony will take place on July 17, 2025, at The Lancaster Hotel in Bayswater, London. Over the years, the event has been hosted by celebrities including Robert Mitchell, Katherine Ryan, Hugh Denis, and many others. The final awards ceremony will attract the very best of the communications and IT sector to London in July to see who will be unveiled as winners in 15 separate categories.

The Best Connectivity Solution award acknowledges the exceptional solutions that resellers, MSPs, and other channel companies have developed to meet their customers’ connectivity needs. Bluecube’s shortlisted submission is based on a 2024 project that provided ultrafast connectivity across nearly 60 properties, delivering premium connectivity and managed Wi-Fi networks to hundreds of University of Lincoln students in Lincoln.

Paul Reames, Managing Director of Bluecube, expressed his excitement: “We are thrilled and absolutely delighted to have been named as finalists for this award. When you are up against industry giants like BT and TP Link, it’s tempting to get a feeling of imposter syndrome. However, the team have fully earned this nomination through their hard work and a determination to deliver a fantastic solution to the client and I believe it establishes Bluecube as an important player in the UK technology sector.”

The project, which took over six months to complete, involved close collaboration with partners such as Nimans, TP Link, Eclipse Wholesale, and ITS Technology Group. Reames added, “This project is a great example of the channel coming together to deliver a complex customer solution. We project managed an extension of the nearby fibre network to connect all of the 58 properties and worked with our hardware partner to install the on-premise equipment that allows us to remotely manage the customer’s entire network.”

Established in 2008, Bluecube is an independent provider of IT and communication solutions. Today, the company manages IT services and support, as well as communications and connectivity services for hundreds of businesses across the United Kingdom.
