After a successful first year the Lincolnshire Chamber Business Golf League will be launched again for 2019 in March this year.
The event last year saw over 40 golfers compete to play in a grand final on the Hotchkin course at Woodhall Spa Golf Club. This year the event will be launched at Thonock Park Golf Club in Gainsborough and players will compete over 5 months for a place in the final to be held at Belton Woods Golf Club in September 2019.
Alex Turnbull, Business Development Executive at Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry said “The golf league was a huge success in 2018 and we’re planning to improve on last years’ experience again in 2019. This year every team will take part in the final regardless of their finishing league positions. The main idea when Bluecube came to us with the idea for a business golf league, was to get as many businesses as possible to network and ultimately do business together. The idea to include all teams in the final day will maximise that opportunity but the successful teams from the group stages will have a big advantage on the day to pick up the trophy.”
