Project Timeline
After selecting Bluecube as their technology partner, Viridian Solar embarked on a phased transition to a modern communications platform. The organisation wanted to maintain desk phones for staff in the office while rolling out UCaaS licences for remote and hybrid work. Bluecube’s service delivery team worked closely with Viridian Solar to design the solution architecture, including inbound ring patterns, hunt groups, and user-specific rules. The account was built and configured to specification prior to installation. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, installations and training were conducted remotely, with equipment delivered ready to plug and play. Credentials and login information were provided to end users, and a comprehensive training programme was agreed upon to ensure a smooth transition.
