Bluecube began by assessing Shard Capital’s existing telephony infrastructure and identifying the requirements for a compliant, cloud-based solution. All existing phone numbers were successfully ported to a Cisco Webex phone system, ensuring uninterrupted service. The transition was carefully managed to avoid disruption, with all voice traffic routed over a high-speed ethernet connection to guarantee optimal call quality. Bluecube collaborated closely with Shard Capital’s IT partner, Guidance Technologies, to deliver training and support, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all users.
