Bluecube has supported TWC Frames with telephony and connectivity since 2015. In 2024, TWC appointed Bluecube as its sole technology partner, entrusting end-to-end management of IT services, support, infrastructure, and a major communications upgrade. Working in lockstep, our commercial and technical teams delivered change at pace with minimal disruption, pairing rollout with end-user training to maximise ROI. Although TWC was a strong player with ambitious growth plans, legacy tooling, fragmented workflows, and limited training were creating bottlenecks. We audited every site, mapped carriers and available speeds, and implemented ultrafast connectivity across the company network.
With that foundation in place, we introduced Webex UCaaS and upgraded audio-visual solutions across the business. We then replaced slow, manual practices with a cloud-first IT model to streamline operations and elevate the customer experience. Today, the TWC team collaborates in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, while a recent security audit led to the adoption of ThreatLocker Zero Trust and Huntress EDR/ITDR, strengthening protection across the estate.
