Accessing your invoice

Accessing your Bluecube invoices for Webex is quick and easy using our Uboss portal. As part of our onboarding process a user for the Uboss portal will have been created, and instructions to access invoices sent over. If you don’t currently have access to Uboss and require it, or have forgotten which user at your business has access, please contact our support team using the details at the bottom of this post.

Navigate here to access Uboss, and sign in using the details provided by Bluecube. Once signed in to Uboss you can access your invoices with the below steps:

  • Along the left of the portal click on ‘Billing’.
  • Click on the option for ‘My Invoices’ to view a list of each month’s invoices.
  • To download an individual invoice scroll to the month required and click the three blue dots on the left – then select ‘Download Invoice’ or ‘Download Invoice Detail’. The main invoice is the front page, the detail contains a more detailed breakdown of costs and services.
  • You can also bulk download multiple invoices if required. To do this tick the selected invoices on the far left of the list, then click on the ‘Actions’ button at the top right and select ‘Download’.
  • In addition to the above, you can also export an Excel or CSV file listing your invoice numbers, dates, and amounts – to do this select the ‘Export’ button (just to the left of the ‘Actions’ button in the top right) and select the desired file format.
