Changing your ringtone in Wildix
Within Wildix Collaboration you can change your ringtone to differentiate it from other sounds on your laptop or PC, or just to change it to one more to your liking. Please see our short guide below:
- Click on the ‘Settings’ cog at the top of the page, then select ‘Features’ from the left hand side.
- Under the Internal header look for the ‘Custom Ring’ option and select a new ringtone from the dropdown.
- Press the play icon next to the dropdown to preview the ringtone – when you’re happy click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page.
Once you’ve changed your ringtone, we’d suggest asking a colleague to place a test call to you or make a test call yourself to confirm that it’s working as intended.
